The Club has regular training sessions at Blackwater Leisure Centre and South Woodham Leisure Centre.

Monday 6.15pm - 7pm - Blue Sharks
Monday 7.15pm - 8pm - Angel Sharks
Friday 6.15pm - 7.45pm - Great Whites and Tiger Sharks

South Woodham Ferrers Pool is a 6 lane 25 metre community pool.
